Superintendent Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Proven ability to manage multifamily, interiors, healthcare, or other commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred; additional certifications are advantageous.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications or degrees are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site with a focus on delivering exceptional project outcomes.
