Project Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead and contribute to the production of design models, drawings, and construction documents using Revit.
• Review and coordinate submittals and shop drawings to ensure project alignment.
• Coordinate quality assurance activities and incorporate review comments effectively.
• Ensure design deliverables meet project requirements, including schedule, budget, and scope.
• Identify, communicate, mitigate, and resolve project-related issues proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and client satisfaction.
• Utilize industry technologies and software to enhance project outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with architectural contracts and internal project budgets.

Project Architect Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field is required.
• Architectural licensure and 5+ years of experience in architecture are mandatory.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is essential.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and sustainable solutions is preferred.
