Accounts Receivable Representative Key Responsibilities & Duties

Accounts Receivable Representative Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping, or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting/ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills are essential.
- Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on resolution and accuracy.
