- The Senior Manager Financial Systems oversees Oracle Fusion ERP and FCCS systems, driving optimization and compliance.

Senior Manager Financial Systems Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Administer Oracle Fusion ERP and FCCS systems, managing configuration, security, workflows, and metadata.
- Lead monthly and quarterly close processes, including intercompany eliminations and consolidated reporting.
- Optimize Chart of Accounts structure and segment design for scalability and accuracy.
- Drive automation and standardization in financial processes to reduce manual workarounds.
- Collaborate with IT on system updates, patches, and issue resolution.
- Maintain SOX compliance through segregation of duties and user access reviews.
- Translate business requirements into system solutions in partnership with Accounting and FP&A teams.
- Create and maintain process narratives and training materials for system users.
- Support financial systems integration with adjacent enterprise applications.
Senior Manager Financial Systems Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial systems, with Oracle Fusion ERP and FCCS expertise.
- Proven success in financial systems process improvement and optimization.
- Experience with Chart of Accounts design and restructuring projects.
- Strong knowledge of close, consolidation, and reporting processes in public companies.
- Understanding of SOX compliance requirements and IT general controls.
- CPA or relevant certification preferred.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop financial systems analysts effectively.
