Superintendent / Project Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

Superintendent / Project Manager Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management are advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management; 5 years preferred.
• Expertise in multifamily construction and AEC industry practices.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and project management tools.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
