Superintendent / Project Manager Overview

  • The Superintendent / Project Manager role oversees multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage on-site construction activities, supervising teams and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
