Contract Recruiter Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles across the Americas region.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Handle high-volume requisition loads during peak periods efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure clear communication and timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
• Represent the client with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
• Support hard-to-fill and overflow positions, contributing to team objectives.
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Contract Recruiter Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with 7 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting and passive talent sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Manufacturing or engineering recruiting experience is highly desirable.
• Strong relationship-building skills and professional representation capabilities.
• Comfortable working independently with flexible hours while meeting hiring goals.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
