Project Manager Overview

  • The Project Manager will oversee construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with superintendents and project teams to foster a partnership-driven work environment.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring accurate updates and progress tracking.
  • Manage project financials, including cost forecasting, change orders, and monthly projections.
  • Ensure compliance with foundational construction requirements, including soil content and moisture considerations.
  • Actively participate in project negotiations and collaborate with estimating teams as needed.
  • Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with project executives during the interview process.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

Project Manager Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 8 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, cost forecasting, and financial management.
  • Strong understanding of foundational construction requirements, including soil content and moisture considerations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with superintendents and project teams.
  • Experience with change order preparation and documentation.
  • Familiarity with construction software tools and technologies.
