Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and schedule recurring testing activities across various assets throughout the year.
  • Serve as the primary contact between internal teams, vendors, inspectors, and external stakeholders.
  • Track testing schedules and maintain accurate records of completed and outstanding requirements.
  • Provide timely updates and reminders to stakeholders regarding scheduled activities.
  • Prepare and process reports and documentation related to testing activities.
  • Submit and manage regulatory filings through online compliance portals.
  • Obtain necessary signatures, approvals, and documentation for filing purposes.
  • Monitor filing statuses and address outstanding administrative issues promptly.
  • Assist with additional administrative and project coordination tasks as required.

Administrative Assistant Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent educational background required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative, coordination, or project support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite for data management and reporting.
