Senior Superintendent Overview
- The Senior Superintendent will oversee field operations for large-scale industrial and multifamily construction projects.
- Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with project leadership to establish and maintain project schedules and logistics.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure seamless operations.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the client professionally with stakeholders, consultants, and municipalities.
- Participate in preconstruction planning, constructability reviews, and project turnover activities.
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and daily reports of field activities.
Senior Superintendent Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead day-to-day field operations for industrial and multifamily construction projects.

Senior Superintendent Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of commercial construction field experience, preferably with a General Contractor.
- Proven experience in supervising large-scale industrial or multifamily projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, and logistics.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.
- Proficiency in construction technology and project management software like Procore preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred; ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- Experience in preconstruction planning and constructability reviews.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required; advanced certifications are a plus.
