- Ensure compliance with trust documents and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive issues.

Audit and Collections Analyst Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Create and distribute audit announcement letters; maintain accurate tracking in databases and accounting records.
- Gather and provide necessary audit documentation, monitor incomplete audits, and process completed audits efficiently.
- Review auditor invoices for accuracy and process payments for audits and delinquencies.
- Print and mail delinquency letters, assisting employers in resolving outstanding issues.
- Support attorneys in collection efforts by providing administrative assistance and tracking legal cases.
- Negotiate terms and create repayment agreements with employers to resolve delinquencies.
- Act as a liaison with external parties, including attorneys and fund administrators, to ensure compliance and payment resolutions.
- Make recommendations on employer overpayments and assist in pension overpayment processing.
Audit and Collections Analyst Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in collections or auditing; Taft-Hartley Trust Fund experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a cooperative and flexible demeanor.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, gather evidence, and resolve problems collaboratively.
- Experience in payroll auditing and managing global commercial collections is advantageous.
- Proficiency in analyzing aging reports and prioritizing collection efforts effectively.
- Candidates must pass background and drug screenings and adhere to strict punctuality policies.
- On-site work required until conversion, with potential telework eligibility upon permanent hire.
