Medical Receptionist Overview

  • The Medical Receptionist will manage front office operations in a healthcare setting, ensuring smooth patient interactions and administrative efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients professionally and warmly.
  • Verify insurance details, process co-pays, and update electronic medical records (EMR) accurately and promptly.

Medical Receptionist Key Responsibilities & Duties

Medical Receptionist Job Requirements
