Systems Administrator Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Administer and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Support WAN, LAN, and network devices, ensuring optimal connectivity and security.

- Provide Helpdesk support, resolving technical issues for users promptly.

Systems Administrator Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Exchange, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of HP server hardware, SANs, and disaster recovery planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for network and system optimization.
- Familiarity with security tools such as Qualys, Sentinel One, and Cisco Umbrella.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams on projects and support users effectively.
- Capability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights for hardware installations.
