Medical Assistant Overview

  • The Medical Assistant will support healthcare providers in delivering exceptional patient care and administrative services.
  • Assist in maintaining patient flow, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
  • Perform clinical tasks such as vital signs, phlebotomy, and preparing patients for examinations.

Medical Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an ambulatory care setting; 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in navigating electronic medical records systems.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical procedures.
