Information Technology Support Overview

  • The Information Technology Support role offers a dynamic opportunity to assist associates with IT hardware and software issues.

Information Technology Support Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Monitor and respond to IT help desk requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Troubleshoot IT hardware and software problems, providing clear and effective solutions.
  • Perform routine and periodic maintenance on IT systems, including upgrades and patch installations.
  • Configure, install, and maintain workstations for associates, ensuring functionality and reliability.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including workstation setup and credential management.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses, ensuring accurate records.
  • Provide after-hours on-call support as assigned, addressing urgent IT matters.
  • Collaborate on IT projects aimed at improving processes and implementing new technologies.

Information Technology Support Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree or equivalent education required.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in IT services or related roles.
  • Preferred undergraduate education and experience in healthcare or DME customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting IT hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Experience with help desk ticketing systems and IT support processes.
  • Ability to perform routine and periodic maintenance on IT systems and equipment.
  • Strong communication skills for assisting associates and collaborating with teams.
  • Availability for hybrid work schedule and after-hours support as needed.
