Wealth Cash Management Overview

  • The Wealth Cash Management role focuses on providing sophisticated estate, tax, and wealth planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Collaborate with Wealth Planning and Investment Advisory teams to deliver tailored financial solutions and planning workflows.
  • Analyze client information, prepare planning inputs, and develop financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct technical research and draft client deliverables to ensure comprehensive and accurate planning outcomes.
  • Develop educational materials and maintain organized planning files to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with external service providers to maintain directories and track industry developments relevant to wealth planning.
  • Support estate tax calculations and scenario planning using approved assumptions and templates.
  • Contribute to a culture of continual improvement, fostering ethical standards and inclusivity within the organization.

Wealth Cash Management Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Obtain, organize, and validate client information, planning assumptions, and documentation for wealth planning processes.
  • Enter and maintain data in financial planning tools, including eMoney and Vanilla, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Build initial planning outputs, such as cash-flow models, balance sheets, and projections for review by senior planners.
  • Conduct research on estate planning, transfer tax, and financial planning questions, summarizing findings for team use.
  • Prepare meeting materials, notes, and action trackers, coordinating timely follow-ups with advisors and clients.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of educational materials, templates, and visuals for client and team use.
  • Track legislative, regulatory, and industry developments, providing concise summaries to enhance planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with external providers to maintain directories and foster relationships with estate planning professionals.

Wealth Cash Management Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, economics, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or analytical finance roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with eMoney and Vanilla preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret financial documents.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset.
  • Interest in estate planning and tax topics; pursuing CFP® or similar credentials viewed favorably.
  • Ability to maintain organized planning files and improve team efficiency through knowledge sharing.
