Project Manager

Overview

• Lead impactful construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and execute comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Utilize advanced construction technologies to optimize processes and achieve superior project outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of project plans.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and outcomes.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Facilitate effective communication among clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
• Support preconstruction activities, including estimating, bidding, and project planning.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 7 years preferred.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of design-build and CMAR project delivery methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience in estimating and preconstruction processes is advantageous.
