Patient Service Representative Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Schedule patient appointments professionally and accurately, ensuring optimal clinic workflow.
- Greet and register patients upon arrival, assisting with the registration process as needed.
- Verify insurance coverage and pre-authorizations for scheduled patients.
- Answer phone calls, direct callers appropriately, and take messages for providers.

Patient Service Representative Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in medical administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field; eClinicalWorks experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in standard medical field concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred for enhanced patient communication.
