Primary Care Physician Key Responsibilities & Duties

Primary Care Physician Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with board certification in Internal/Family Medicine or related field.
- Valid DEA and furnishing license required for prescription authority.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care; 5 years preferred.
- Prior experience in treating HIV/AIDS patients in outpatient settings.
- Comfortable working with LGBTQ+ community and addressing their unique health needs.
- AAHIVM Certification required within 18 months of hire.
- Current CPR/BLS certification is mandatory.
- Ability to manage a patient load of 15-18 daily in a clinic setting.
