Branch Director Overview

  • The Branch Director oversees the administration and operations of the branch office, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
  • Leads marketing initiatives to grow patient base and establish new referral sources within the community.
  • Manages a diverse team of office and field staff, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
  • Ensures adherence to JCAHO, Federal, State, and local standards for quality care and service delivery.
  • Develops and maintains budgets, controlling expenses to meet financial objectives.
  • Represents the organization in community events and associations to enhance visibility and partnerships.
  • Provides strategic leadership to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with regional teams to implement quality care initiatives and achieve organizational goals.

Branch Director Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute marketing plans to maintain and grow business opportunities within the branch office's region.
  • Supervise and manage office personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Branch Director Job Requirements
