Superintendent Overview
- The Superintendent will oversee large-scale industrial and automotive projects for a leading general contractor in the Midwest region.
- Ensure project completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards while maintaining safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals effectively.
- Provide leadership and direction to on-site construction teams, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.

Superintendent Key Responsibilities & Duties
