Superintendent Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management; 20 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in supervising large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex construction-related challenges.
• Proficiency in construction software and tools for project tracking and reporting.
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
