Project Manager/Estimator Key Responsibilities & Duties

Project Manager/Estimator Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management and estimation, with 6 years preferred.
• Proficiency in construction project management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
