Program Coordinator, Training Overview
- The Program Coordinator, Training will support the Training Department’s programs, ensuring seamless operations and participant satisfaction.
- Coordinate administrative and logistical tasks for virtual and in-person training events.

- Maintain program data and assist in the preparation of event materials.
- Provide customer service support to participants, faculty, and other stakeholders.

Program Coordinator, Training Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and distribute digital and print materials for training events and programs.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, webinars, and other virtual or in-person activities.
- Manage participant and faculty communications, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing.
- Maintain and update program data across various systems and platforms.
- Support application processes, including intake, eligibility verification, and document review.
- Administer program surveys and compile feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in processing payments, honoraria, and travel-related arrangements.
- Provide general departmental support, including maintaining files and preparing meeting materials.
Program Coordinator, Training Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience; three years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in a not-for-profit environment is preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
