Office Assistant Overview

  • The Office Assistant will support NYC Operations with various administrative and hospitality tasks, ensuring smooth office functionality.
  • This is a contract-to-permanent role, offering professional growth opportunities in a dynamic corporate environment.
  • The position requires on-site presence five days a week, adhering to a structured schedule.

Office Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage inventory of snacks, beverages, and office supplies, including ordering and restocking.
  • Coordinate catering services and ensure proper setup and breakdown for events.
  • Organize and maintain pantries, café bars, and supply storage areas.
  • Provide basic audio-visual support and set up meeting spaces.
  • Process mail, respond to user requests, and handle UPS shipping tasks.
  • Print reports, presentations, and event materials as needed.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Office Assistant Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in office services or a similar role.
