Receptionist Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Answer and manage the main phone line, screen calls, and take messages professionally.
- Welcome and assist guests and visitors, providing beverages and ensuring a positive experience.
- Organize and schedule conference room bookings using Outlook and maintain meeting spaces.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including meeting setup, catering orders, and office supply management.
- Provide backup support to executive assistants and the hospitality team as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, vendor security clearance, and event logistics occasionally.
- Submit office repair tickets and ensure timely resolution of facility issues.
- Maintain and update internal contact directories and assist with ad-hoc projects.
Receptionist Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in receptionist, hospitality, or client-facing roles preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, is a plus.
