Project Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive design and planning solutions.
• Develop and present design concepts, ensuring they meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings and specifications for construction.

Project Architect Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural design software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
