Overview

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, maintaining strict patient confidentiality.
- Provide additional coverage during extended hours and weekends to meet operational demands.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED is required for this position.
- Completion of an accredited Medical Office Administration program is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Medical Receptionist or 1 year of clerical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and EMR systems is essential.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
