Audit Senior Manager Overview
- The Audit Senior Manager will oversee multiple engagement teams to ensure the completion of financial statement audits for public and private entities.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert within the business unit, sharing knowledge and providing guidance on industry trends and client issues.
- Develop and implement recommendations for improving internal department procedures and quality control standards.
- Identify business opportunities for clients and the organization, proactively communicating solutions to management and teams.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development to support new client acquisition.
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff, conducting performance evaluations and fostering a positive team environment.
- Collaborate with management to drive a supportive and productive organizational culture.
- Work in a hybrid environment, requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week.

Audit Senior Manager Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting or a related field.
- Active CPA or equivalent certification is required.
- Proficiency in managing client engagements and multiple assignments effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and mentor staff members.
- Proficient in applicable technologies and software tools.
- Ability to travel based on business needs and client requirements.
