- The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from preconstruction to completion, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.
- Manage diverse commercial, industrial, corporate, multifamily, and specialized construction projects with a focus on quality and safety.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets effectively.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
- Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline expectations.
- Lead subcontractor procurement, scope development, and contract negotiations effectively.
- Monitor financial performance, forecast costs, and manage profitability across projects.
- Review and manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
- Participate in preconstruction activities, including scheduling and constructability reviews.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Support project closeout, turnover, and commissioning processes efficiently.
Project Manager Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex construction projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and financial management.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple project stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with large-scale, fast-paced, or technically complex projects is a plus.
