- The Human Resources Business Partner will provide strategic HR consultation and support to designated business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead organizational assessments, develop workforce plans, and address performance gaps to drive business outcomes.
- Oversee employee relations, including conducting investigations and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Execute talent strategies, manage recruiting activities, and implement effective hiring processes to address talent gaps.
- Promote continuous improvement and learning within the HR team, standardizing HR processes across departments.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to enhance skills, engagement, and productivity through coaching and development initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies and procedures, providing guidance to stakeholders as needed.

Human Resources Business Partner Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
- 5-7 years of experience in HR roles, including HR Business Partner positions.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office 365 technologies, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and managing employee relations investigations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, influencing and building relationships with stakeholders.
