Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Growth Executive to help grow and improve their sales and marketing strategies, processes, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.


• Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive sales growth and market share.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure sales alignment and support.

• Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance metrics and optimize sales processes.

• Provide regular reporting to senior management on sales performance & market trends.

• Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in sales management.


• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

• 8+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies and sales methodologies.

• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.
