Senior Vice President, AI Engineering Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 13 years of software engineering experience, including 2–3 years in AI development.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams of 6–10 members effectively.
• Strong expertise in Python and experience with production AI systems at scale.
• Knowledge of OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, agent development, and modern LLM frameworks.
• Substantial financial services experience, preferably in asset management or banking.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure and modern data architecture.
• Preferred experience in private credit or credit-focused investing.
• Familiarity with portfolio analytics, financial datasets, and investment workflows is advantageous.
