Family Medicine Provider Key Responsibilities & Duties

Family Medicine Provider Job Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Osteopathic Medicine residency program.
• Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• Active medical licensure in the State of New York with current registration.
• Progressive work experience in a healthcare setting.
