Family Office Associate Overview

  • The Family Office Associate plays a pivotal role in managing financial operations and administrative tasks for the client.
  • Ensure accurate processing and coding of invoices and deposits across multiple entities.
  • Reconcile accounts, vendor statements, and credit card transactions to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Prepare and track mailings for legal and financial documents to trustees and beneficiaries.
  • Provide administrative support by initiating IT and facilities requests for operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and execute timely payments.
  • Maintain discretion and integrity while handling sensitive financial information.
  • Work on-site to ensure seamless communication and operational support.
  • Contribute to financial reporting, data analysis, and tax compliance efforts.

Family Office Associate Key Responsibilities & Duties
