Endoscopy Services Nurse Manager Job Requirements

• Associate of Science (AS) in Nursing or related field required.
• Current CA Registered Nurse license and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical supervisory experience in surgery, endoscopy, or critical care.
• Preferred 3 years of experience in outpatient surgery or endoscopy settings.
• Strong command of English language, both verbal and written, essential.
• Ability to work effectively with physicians, staff, and patients in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in implementing safety measures and risk management protocols.
