- Support investor communications and manage liquidity processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee fund operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including presentations and investor updates.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to manage distributions, liquidity, and investor communications.
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with distribution platforms and wealth management channels.
- Coordinate with legal, accounting, operations, and compliance teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare and oversee recurring reporting for investors and the Board, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Drive growth of registered fund operations by implementing innovative strategies and initiatives.
- Support investor relations activities, including quarterly calls and portfolio reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial services or investment management; 12 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in 1940 Act Funds and private markets is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and persuasive messaging.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams and external clients.
