Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in preconstruction or construction management roles.
- Preferred 25 years of experience in executive-level roles within the industry.
- Proven leadership capabilities in managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Expertise in estimating, scheduling, and design coordination processes.
