Project Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead architectural design and planning for entertainment and assembly projects.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of structural elements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using BIM tools like Revit.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and resolve issues.

Project Architect Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience; 15 years preferred in architectural project management.
• Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit, for design and documentation.
• Experience with large-scale entertainment, assembly, or hospitality projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and client relationships.
• Ability to travel as needed for project oversight and client meetings.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions within deadlines.
• RA certification preferred; experience with modern venue design is a plus.
