- The Job Captain will oversee technical execution of architectural projects, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules.

- Participate in construction administration tasks, including site visits, document production, and quality control enforcement.
- Coordinate project details with estimating and construction teams to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Engage in internal and external meetings to discuss project progress and resolve challenges.
- Contribute to the development of record set drawings and handle shop drawing reviews and RFIs.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment to meet deadlines.
Job Captain Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee project schedules, manage workloads, and coordinate with external consultants.
- Perform construction administration tasks, including site visits and document production.

Job Captain Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural project management, with 6 years preferred.
- Proficiency in construction administration tasks, including document production and site visits.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with consultants, clients, and team members effectively.
- Ability to manage individual workflow and contribute to team objectives.
- Experience in shop drawing reviews, RFI responses, and quality control enforcement.
- Knowledge of project scheduling and workload management techniques.
