Nurse Director of Rehabilitation Job Requirements

  • Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
  • Minimum of two years of senior living or long-term care experience.
  • Two years of supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory; MSN preferred.
  • CPR/BLS Certification within 30 days of hire is required.
  • Progressive nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or assisted living settings is preferred.
  • Strong ability to inspire, coach, and develop nursing teams.
