Learning and Development Senior Associate Overview

  • The Learning and Development Senior Associate supports enterprise learning and talent management initiatives with a focus on leadership development and program coordination.
  • Collaborates with program leaders to design impactful learning resources and ensure seamless execution of development programs.
  • Manages learning technology platforms, analyzes program data, and facilitates engaging learning experiences.
  • Operates with limited supervision, balancing multiple priorities while driving continuous process improvement.
  • Supports enterprise talent processes, ensuring smooth execution and excellent participant experiences.
  • Develops executive-ready communications, reports, and presentation materials for leadership and business reviews.
  • Creates dashboards and visualizations to measure learning outcomes and inform decision-making.
  • Coordinates senior leader learning sessions, assessments, and team-building activities.
  • Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and program effectiveness.

Learning and Development Senior Associate Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide end-to-end project management support for learning and talent initiatives.
  • Coordinate program plans, timelines, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Design and develop learning resources, toolkits, and participant materials.
  • Curate and maintain content within the Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
  • Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and enterprise process support meetings.
  • Analyze learning data to identify trends and measure program outcomes.
  • Create dashboards and reports for leadership and business reviews.
  • Support impact measurement activities for learning and talent programs.
  • Organize, maintain, and secure sensitive employee and learning-related information.

Learning and Development Senior Associate Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in learning, talent management, or project coordination; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in LMS, LXP, HRIS, and learning technologies is preferred.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Canva are advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in creating presentations, communications, and learning resources.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated initiative and adaptability in dynamic environments.
