Job Captain Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop architectural designs for commercial projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to produce detailed construction documents using AutoCAD and other software.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Utilize Photoshop, SketchUp, and Bluebeam for visualization and presentation purposes.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and resolve design challenges.

Job Captain Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture from an accredited program is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture; retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; familiarity with Photoshop, SketchUp, and Bluebeam preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for site visits and project coordination.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, renovation, and new construction processes.
