Learning Coordinator Overview
- The Learning Coordinator role supports commercial learning activities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Coordinate training sessions, manage logistics, and ensure seamless execution of learning programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across diverse teams to achieve department goals and objectives.
- Oversee learning platform operations, including administration, reporting, and content management.
- Provide support to participants and instructors, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive learning experience.
- Administer surveys and dashboards to gather feedback and improve program effectiveness.

Learning Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate with the Learning Team and stakeholders to meet departmental objectives.
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires, including scheduling and logistics.
- Coordinate training sessions, documenting notes and action items for follow-up.
- Ensure smooth operation of learning platforms, including troubleshooting and user management.
- Curate and maintain educational content to meet learner needs.
- Administer surveys and create reports to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Provide onsite support for training events and adjust schedules as needed.
- Perform additional administrative tasks to support learning initiatives.
Learning Coordinator Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in coordinating educational programs or training sessions.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience with educational technology and survey tools is preferred.
