Bilingual Human Resources Generalist Overview

  • The Bilingual Human Resources Generalist will support HR operations, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and compliance for a high-volume workforce.
  • This contract role spans 4-8 weeks, offering hands-on HR experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • Utilize HRIS platforms to manage employee records, compliance, and payroll systems effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws, policies, and procedures across office and field teams.
  • Support employee relations, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations.
  • Contribute to employee recognition programs and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Work onsite in a collaborative environment, leveraging strong communication and technological skills.

Bilingual Human Resources Generalist Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Recruit and interview candidates for part-time cleaning positions, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes, including background checks and eligibility verifications.
  • Administer HR programs such as performance management, training, and employee recognition.
  • Manage compliance with employment laws and company policies across multiple states.
  • Coordinate incident reporting, workers' compensation claims, and leave of absence processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS platforms like iSolved and WinTeam.
  • Support disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations as needed.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related inquiries, escalating complex issues appropriately.

Bilingual Human Resources Generalist Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in high-volume recruitment and onboarding.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as iSolved and WinTeam is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements across multiple states.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
  • Technological proficiency with Microsoft365 and Outlook email systems.
