KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in instructor-led training to develop foundational skills in recruiting and sales.
• Source and engage top talent through outreach, relationship-building, and pipeline management.
• Utilize AI-integrated workflows and digital tools to enhance recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
• Build and maintain a candidate network using ATS and sourcing platforms.
• Identify specialized skills and qualifications through resume parsing and analysis.
• Engage in professional communication with clients and candidates to ensure effective placements.
• Implement creative strategies to recruit active and passive talent across various industries.
• Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives for continuous professional growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Tech-savvy with a curiosity about leveraging AI and digital tools.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
• Motivated by impact and entrepreneurial opportunities.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work schedule with in-office collaboration.
