• Implement and expand patient care services across medical and specialized disciplines.
• Develop and maintain operational reports to track productivity and quality metrics.
• Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions to clinic activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance clinic services and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure facility maintenance and infrastructure support for seamless operations.

Practice Manager Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent healthcare-related degree.
• Minimum of three years of experience in clinic operations or healthcare management.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Documented experience with FQHC programs and regulatory compliance standards.
• Strong knowledge of payor programs, including Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Family PACT.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable operational and business growth outcomes.
