Project Manager Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing ground-up construction projects with successful outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and building codes.
