Receptionist Overview

  • The Receptionist will provide professional and personable front-desk support for a financial services firm during a temporary two-week assignment.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, assisting the Office Manager and addressing broader office needs.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and staff, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Utilize strong Outlook skills to manage scheduling and correspondence efficiently.
  • Work on-site from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility as needed.

Receptionist Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Greet visitors and staff professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them appropriately.

  • Support the Office Manager in administrative tasks and office upkeep.
  • Coordinate office supplies and maintain organized workspaces.

Receptionist Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent educational background.
