Superintendent Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision; 15 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing diverse construction projects, including commercial and industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
