- Manage attorney schedules, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements effectively.
- Handle timekeeping, billing support, and client matter administration with accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality while organizing sensitive files and legal information.
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, courts, and external parties to ensure seamless communication.
- Assist in preparing for legal proceedings, meetings, and hearings, ensuring readiness.
- Contribute to a supportive and efficient team environment during the temp-to-perm transition.

Legal Secretary Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with a focus on legal or administrative studies preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role; 7 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, document preparation, and law firm procedures.
- Experience with electronic court filing systems and legal technology platforms preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple assignments.
